Where we think prudent, particularly where premium rates are high relative to the risk, we retain risk whereby AmCoastal purchases reinsurance from Shoreline Re. Shoreline Re has historically participated on American Coastal's all other perils catastrophe excess of loss agreement, per risk agreement and quota share agreements.
